I stumbled upon and devoured a most delicious Banana smoothie, at one of Melbourne hot Spots.
The taste was so good, there was not a moment to waste! Mesmerized by the after feeling, I left the cafe forgetting to jot down the ingredients.
Here is my reinvention…
Banana Bomb delight
1 dessertspoon of honey (more or less depending on your sweet tooth)
3/4 cup almond milk
1/3 cup cashews
1 big tablespoon ( i used Barambah organic vanilla greek yoghurt)
1 dessert spoon of chia seeds.
Whizz on high in the nutri-bullet or whatever mixer you have, until smooth. If a little too thick for your liking add a little more milk.
Top with Chia Seeds, and crushed cashews
(Note- my ingredients are all organic, but feel free to use whatever you have)
A great way to start the new year, get on the smoothie bandwagon.
